the designer behind the work

Design is the thread that runs through everything I do. Before I pick up a tool, I study how a space functions, where the eye travels, and how small details shape the way a room feels. That same design approach guides even the simplest handyman jobs, aligning hardware so a cabinet line looks cleaner, adjusting proportions so a shelf feels balanced, improving flow with smarter storage, or choosing materials that make a space calmer and more cohesive. My background in art and years of hands-on building taught me that good design isn’t just for big projects; it lives in the subtle choices that most people overlook. Whether I’m fixing, installing, or creating something from scratch, I’m always refining the space with intention, clarity, and a designer’s touch.
